Iran says US moves to lift sanctions are ‘good but not enough’

US steps to lift sanctions against Iran are “good but not enough,” Iran’s foreign minister said on Saturday, hours after Washington announced it would reinstate a waiver for some measures against Tehran’s civilian nuclear program.

“The lifting of some sanctions can, in the true sense of the word, translate into goodwill. The Americans talk about it, but you need to know that what happens on paper is good but not good enough,” said Hossein Amir-Abdollahian. quoted by the ISNA news agency.
