Coronavirus in Mexico as of January 29: 42 thousand 582 new infections and 522 deaths were registered

The Ministry of Health (SSa) reported that until this Saturday, January 29, 4 million 916 thousand 143 cases of accumulated infections of coronavirus (COVID-19) have been registered. In addition, since the beginning of the epidemic, Mexico has suffered 305,762 deaths from the disease.

The foregoing represents that 42 thousand 582 infected were added in the last 24 hours, as well as 522 deaths in the last 24 hours. It is worth mentioning that this number of positive cases has already broken the record of August 18, 2021, when 28,953 were reported.

Likewise, it is estimated that there have been 3 million 986 thousand 898 people recovered, 8 million 495 thousand 304 negative cases and a total of 14 million 49 thousand 746 people studied since the first case.
