Facundo Roses Roses, former commissioner of the defunct Federal police, started from the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) to a federal prison, after being arrested for running over a woman and being involved in the operation Fast Furious.

Sources from the Mexican Navy confirmed to Infobae Mexico that their agents participated in the security device, but the military waited for indications from the General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR). After his arrival, the detainee boarded a jet with registration XC-PLW.

Previously, the convoy of at least four Semar vans arrived inside the AICM Benito Juarez in the hangar that corresponds to the FGR. Two private vehicles also attended, where, it is presumed, Rosas Rosas was travelling. The sailors withdrew from the airport after fulfilling the surveillance.

The FGR has not informed where he will send the ex-collaborator of Genaro Garcia Luna, who also has an arrest warrant for having participated in the program that guaranteed the illegal entry of 2 thousand 500 weapons from the United States to Mexico and which ended up in the hands of the Sinaloa Cartel.

So that the former Secretary of Security of Puebla (2013-2015) was insured by federal agencies A federal notification was necessary, since they would only insure him for the crime of manslaughter, after the woman he ran over died of head trauma.

Given the legal processes, Rosas Rosas would be admitted to a maximum security prison for alleged crimes of Organized Crime, since he spent nearly two hours in FGR facilities after his arrest at the mayor’s office Alvaro Obregon.

He should also hold an initial imputation hearing and together with his defense he will decide if he accepts the 144-hour period to gather more evidence, pending the trial by the judge of the case. Hence nor would it be sent outside of Mexican territory in the near future.

Unofficially, it has been reported that the detainee was transferred to a prison in Aguaprieta, Sonora, at the disposal of the judge who required it after issuing the arrest warrants against six more people, including Genaro Garcia Luna, Luis Cardenas Palomino Y Joaquin Guzman Loera, the Chapo, former leader of Sinaloa Cartel. This last criminal group was the most benefited from the illegal movement of rifles, according to ministerial authorities.

In February of last year, Facundo Roses Roses He was summoned to testify for investigations that were already in charge of the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Terrorism, Stockpiling and Trafficking of Arms, but he obtained an injunction and did not attend. Two weeks ago it showed up again, confident that he acted as witness.

At the beginning of this 2022, on January 9, the FGR reported that it had obtained arrest warrants against seven people, but the identity of only three of them was reported: the Chapo Guzman, sentenced to life imprisonment in the USA, as well as Garcia Luna, accused of benefiting the Sinaloa Cartel for 19 years, and Cardenas Palomino, arrested for torture in July last year.

It would be the main responsible for the failed result of the Fast and Furious operation, which was carried out from 2009 to 2011, during the administration of Felipe Calderon. In this way, public security agents of the highest level were coordinated with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) of the United States.

The goal: to allow entrance and sale of 2,500 weapons to criminals, which would be monitored with a chip to identify sources of violence, but none of that happened, because on the Mexican side there was a pact with criminal groups. One of those weapons was used in the murder of a US agent in 2010 and the scandal broke.
