“Because of the foregoing, the Office of the Attorney for the Protection of Children and Adolescents of Nuevo León was required to, within the scope of its competence, undertake the necessary administrative and jurisdictional actions to protect the violated rights of the child,” the statement said. .

On January 24, the Federal Attorney for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (PFPNNA), of the National System for the Integral Development of the Family (SNDIF) reported that there is no ongoing adoption process involving the minor.
