Vaccination from 5 to 11 years: Pedro Castillo receives the first batch with 996 thousand doses

Vaccination for ages 5 to 11 will begin on Monday, January 24.

Tonight a first batch arrived in Peru with 996,000 doses of the covid-19 vaccine for children 5 to 11 years of age from the Pfizer laboratory.

The shipment is already in the Talma warehouses, as far as the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, as well as authorities from the health sector.

The immunization of minors will begin this Monday, January 24. The country has a population of approximately 4,036,753 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 11, the same ones who are of school age.
