They arrested an element of the National Guard for sexual abuse of a minor in Oaxaca

According to the authorities of the entity, elements of the Attorney General of the State of Oaxaca (FGEO) were the ones who completed the arrest and presented before a control judge the man identified as RJLR, who would have committed crime in the Heroic City of Juchitán de Zaragoza in the region of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.

It was reported that after the investigation carried out by the FGEO, sufficient elements were obtained regarding the presumed responsibility of the accused. Given this, An agreement was established with the National Guard so that both dependencies would work together and clarify the facts.

In this sense, it was deepened that the GN supported with the information required to carry out the pertinent investigations and that the possible culprit be brought before the law in the event that his participation in the crimes with which he is accused is proven.

The alleged attacker He was detained by security elements when he was driving through the Luis Donaldo Colosio neighborhood in the aforementioned municipality.

“According to criminal case 223/2021, on different dates in 2019, the accused probably sexually assaulted the victim, when they were inside a home located on Isabel La Católica street, in Juchitán de Zaragoza” , the document reads.

Given these facts,The relatives of the victim would have come to present the corresponding complaint and the FGEO attracted the investigation and later managed to identify, apprehend and present the accused before the ministerial authority, who will determine his legal situation.

For its part, the GN stressed that it will not tolerate this type of behavior by its elements and will act efficiently.

“In relation to the arrest of a member of our Institution by the @FISCALIA_GobOax, the #NationalGuard reiterates its commitment not to tolerate acts of impunity under any circumstances. We endorse the willingness to collaborate with the administrative and/or judicial instances in clarifying the facts in which our staff is involved. #CeroCorrupcionCeroImpunidad”, wrote the agency from its Twitter account.

According to the social networks of the security agency, a joint operation was carried out in Mexicali, Baja California in which, after detecting the alleged illicit activities of one of its elements, the Internal Affairs Unit immediately initiated the administrative procedure against the agent, independent of the legal process.

But nevertheless, the GN did not specify more about the alleged acts outside the framework of the law carried out by the agent accused. He also specified that the operation was carried out thanks to the collaboration of civil society.
