Barbados voters re-elected the ruling Barbados Labor Party (BLP), led by Prime Minister Mottley, in early elections, which won all 30 seats in Parliament. The early elections on the eve took place 18 months before the constitutional deadline and are the first to be held since Barbados last November severed ties with the British Crown and declared a republic.
