Live: Prosecutor charges Jhonier Leal for the death of his brother, the stylist Mauricio Leal and his mother

From 3:00 pm on January 17, the Attorney General’s Office began the hearing to charge Jhonier Leal for the death of his brother, the renowned stylist Mauricio Leal and his mother, Marleny Hernández. The accusing entity points to the accused for the crimes of homicide aggravated by kinship, due to a state of defenselessness and cruelty, in addition to concealment, alteration or destruction of evidence. Likewise, it is expected that the accusing entity will ask the judge to send him to prison.

The representative of the Prosecutor’s Office recounted the evidence in the case and, based on it, recounted the hypothesis of how the events occurred. This, in order to clarify to Jhonier why he is accused of having committed the crime.

While the official was presenting the case, Jhonier was seen to be distracted and that is why his attention was called out repeatedly.

“Pay attention to me, Jhonier. Sometimes I feel like you don’t want to see me,” said the prosecutor’s delegate.
