He also referred to Ignacio Nacho Pineda, founder of the enclosure, as “a priest Hidalgo”After capital authorities tried to close the forum in previous years.
“The forum Alicia is like a banner and Nacho is like a priest Hidalgo. Nacho is that foolish, idealistic, romantically anarchic punk who has defended that place tooth and nail that allow him to continue operating because he is a pillar of rock and roll culture in Mexico City. There are many politicians who admire his tenacity. He is a curator with a lot of ethics. He’s the oldest punk that I know”, He mentioned.

Alejandro Mendoza highlighted the importance of Nacho Pineda and his work team within the music industry in the country’s capital, therefore, according to his statements, “They keep the scene alive”.
“Nacho is a very important character in the Mexican music scene and he is one of the figures that are needed in the national music scene because they are the type of people who believe in music, who support bands that are just coming out. Nacho and his entire team, and many other people around the country keep the national scene alive, because, let’s be honest, nobody is getting rich from this, “he said.
Regarding the closure of several bars and nightclubs, such as the Nerve and the Passenger in past years, the guitarist ended his speech by asking the relevant authorities respect these forums due to the cultural burden that is protected in them.
