REUTERS NEXT-Biden to tell Putin US will oppose aggressive actions: Blinken

WASHINGTON, Dec 3 (Reuters) – US President Joe Biden will tell his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in a meeting that Washington is determined to firmly oppose any reckless or aggressive action by Russia and to defend its integrity. Ukraine’s territory, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Friday.

Blinken commented at the Reuters Next conference that when the two leaders speak, Biden will also expose to Putin the US desire for greater predictability and stability in ties with Russia.
