Prague, Nov 28 (EFE) .- Conservative Petr Fiala, winner of the past legislative elections at the head of a five-party coalition, was appointed this Sunday in Prague as the new Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.
Due to his infection with COVID-19, Czech President Milos Zeman had to preside over the ceremony isolated in a Plexiglas booth.
According to the live broadcast of the event by CT24, two health workers in protective uniforms transferred Zeman in a wheelchair and Fiala took his oath before him and signed the act, which had previously been disinfected.
