The Attorney General’s Office (FGR), with the support of members of the National Guard (GN), carried out searches in three homes in Zapopan, where they found three thousand doses of methamphetamine, an arsenal of long weapons and several luxury vehicles that presumably belonged to the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG).
The proceedings, the agency specified, were the result of a Anonymous complaint and they were executed after the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) of the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO), collected the test data necessary so that the properties could be identified as possible points of violence. National Guard (GN) personnel and official experts also participated in the operations.
In an address located in the Colonia Universidad, Zapopan, Jalisco, approximately 1,000 doses of solid and crystalline substance were seized, apparently methamphetamine, a long firearm, three chargers, three cartridges, 14 luxury vehicles, a motorcycle, three cell phones and various documentation.
In a second property, located in a subdivision of the same municipality, the authorities found 500 blue packages with alleged methamphetamine, a long firearm, three chargers, 27 cartridges, seven vehicles and electronic equipment.

“Once the proceedings were concluded, the properties were sealed to continue with the investigations that derive from the case; while the insured was at the disposal of the MPF, who will request the corresponding expert opinions, ”the law enforcement agency reported.
“It should be noted that the operational deployments were carried out in strict adherence to the protocols of police action, use of public force and respect for human rights, without achieving the arrest of any person”, Concluded the FGR.
